Every issue, grant, transfer, schedule end, correction, rule change and role change adds an entry. Entries have a number, a date and an author, and the contract has no function that edits or removes one.
To fix a wrong record, the entity admin writes a correction. It must name the entry it corrects and give a reason, and it records the balance before and after. The wrong entry stays visible.
Everything written to the book is public and permanent: wallet addresses, names, notes and every balance. Use fictional data. Never write a person's name or a real company into it.
