Fictional company prototype

Limits

What Forsiq does not do, and what it cannot stop.

Prototype on a fictional company. Not a securities offering, not a transfer agent, not legal advice and not a share marketplace. Nothing here is a real share and no real company is listed.

Is this a real company's register?

No. The demo runs on a company we made up, with made-up people and made-up wallets. Prototype on a fictional company. Not a securities offering, not a transfer agent, not legal advice and not a share marketplace. Nothing here is a real share and no real company is listed.

Does a passed check mean a transfer is legal?

No. These are rule checks against the rules an entity set. They are not a legal conclusion. It says nothing about securities law, tax, or a company's own documents.

Does $FORSIQ give me shares?

No. $FORSIQ gives no shares, equity, dividend or rights in any company, including this project. Issuer share rights are defined per issuer, outside this software.

Can units be bought or sold here?

No. Units are register records. There is no approve function, no market and no price. They move only through a rule-checked request that someone else approved, and no money moves with them.

Who controls an entity on the book?

The wallet that created it, its admin, and any officers the admin names. There is no global owner, so nobody can step in if an admin wallet is lost or misuses its role. An admin can issue units, change rules and correct records; each of those leaves a public entry.

Can someone write a real company's name on the book?

The contract cannot stop that: names are self-declared and prove nothing. Any wallet can raise a flag on an entity, and the count is shown. Nothing is hidden automatically, because no one has the power to hide it.

Does the contract hold funds?

No. It has no payable function, makes no external calls and holds no tokens. Writing to it costs only Robinhood Chain gas.

Has the contract been deployed?

Not yet. When it is, it goes to mainnet first, and it still carries fictional data only. It is new, and it has been tested only by this project's own unit, fuzz and invariant tests. Treat it as new code.

What is public if I use the on-chain book?

Everything written to the book is public and permanent: wallet addresses, names, notes and every balance. Use fictional data. Never write a person's name or a real company into it.

Are local changes saved?

Demo changes stay in this browser's local storage until you reset them. They never leave your device.
